When the entire world was battling with the danger of Corona virus, a virus which is only preventable by awareness. To protect the community from ovid-19, there is only one important strategy, spread awareness. Covid relief and awareness program is organized on weekly basis by Help the children recovery important messages to the communities and encouraging them to stop the spread of covid-19 infection through dominant personalities of that area especially the communities living in slums. Aid like cooked food, grocery, vegetables, hygiene kit, mask, gloves, sanitizers, soap and other daily necessities are being distributed among the poor and underprivileged families in collaboration with district administration. Awareness related to Covid-19 symptoms like covid-19 appropriate behavior, social distancing, avoiding going in the crowd, following 1 meter distance, use of masks, washing hands with soap or water etc. related banners, posters, hand bill booklet are prepared and circulated in the community. Misconceptions about covid-19 are also cleared up and community is being educated through programs likes Rangoli, color paintings, questionnaires, quiz etc.
