The primary goal of education is to help people develop their personalities. Personality formation and construction is a prominent issue in today's world. Personality is not a static state, but a dynamic space influenced by the environment that may be altered. The ethics, behavior, actions, and activities of a person reflect his personality. A person's personality is often defined by his appearance, but the true definition of personality is a combination of appearance and quality. It signifies that a personality is made up of a combination of inner and outside traits. Education cannot form personality, but it is critical to understand how to use education in daily life. Personality has certain hereditary or ancestral characteristics. Educational techniques, teachers, classmates, society, customs, and other factors all have a part in the formation of a person's personality.
Under the Help the Children's Action of Value Education program, trainers provide personality development training, how to use education properly, and related information to boys and girls aged 12 to 18 years in selected fields one day a week so that educational, religious, geological, ethical, and social sacraments can be developed among youth and children in the future to create a civilised society.
