In the selected areas, Community Reproductive and Child Health Training Program are organized by Help the children on regular basis. The main objective of this program is reducing infant mortality rate, maternal mortality rate, fertility rate and support couple security team and vaccination to make them sensible. Under this program, a 4 day Reproductive and child health training is provided to members of all groups formed. In this training, counseling and effective communication, counseling for family planning, principles, options of family planning, family planning questionnaires, general care during pregnancy, safe delivery, danger signs in pregnancy, counseling for the prevention of anemia, care after miscarriage, care of the infant and mother after delivery, importance of child health counseling, importance of vaccination, proper nutrition with age of a children, proper identification of major diseases in childhood and prevention related training and information is provided.
